The single-family residential condominium development, called Woodview, is located near Rouse High School and Wiley Middle School. The gated community is planned to include single-family townhomes that  will include detached and attached residences along with community courtyard parks.  Each residence will front on either a Courtyard or Street and garages will be on the rear of the residence and accessed via an alley.
